My heart is breaking. I watched the race and didn't realize they would accidentally show him on the ground close up. That image of Wouter is burned into my mind. I'm so sad for him, his gf and their unborn child, his family and their team. It's not fair he was taken so early, but he was doing whathe loved. Tears are not enough.
The world mourns, but the cycling world is broken.
May the rest of the riders be safe. We are all teammates today
