You Want this!!

I know i get on my bandwagon to talk about cycling or filmmaking or beauty, but today, i'm combing two of those!

This is another referral from Dawn Amador, skin consultant form LA.

Cutting to the chase, it's Ivory Shae Butter.
Eh? you say? Why would i care about butter?
Unless I'm wrong, you don't eat this. You put it on your bod.
Where? Anywhere.
This is the best stuff since Vasaline was invented.  When you open the jar, it's an ivory (hey! like the label says!) color and it's almost a solid. (Smells good too)

If you've decided to take my advice and jump into the world of dermarolling, you can slather this muck all over your face, and you wont wake up knowing anything happened. It goes on greasy. So greasy you'll appear to have a plastic mask on your face.  But who cares! When you wake up, it will be completely absorbed into your skin.

My skin breaks out ALL THE TIME!  This stuff doesn't break it out, and it hydrates.  Instead of putting it on my entire face in the morning, i just smooth some on under my eyes. My eye wrinkles have gotten pretty deep, and i want to keep them from getting worse.   Dry skin around eyes, ages them.  This will help! IT's also so thick it gets into those little cracks too.

But wait, there is more!  Not just for face.  But you can put this on your feet too.    I have super dry, cracked heals.  Pain in the arse!  But get yourself a little pedi egg from the "as seen on TV" aisle at pharmacy or even Fry's, scrape that skin off right AFTER, and i mean first thing you do getting out of the shower, while your skin is still moist, and put this one after scrubbing your feet. Put socks on immediately. Do this religiously.  Within a few days, you'll notice how much softer your feet are! But remember that your skin must be moist, so it can hold in as much hydration in your feet as possible.

How does this pertain to cycling?  Our faces really take a hit.  Whether it's the sun or wind, even at night, the wind will dry out your skin, esp around your eyes. I put it thick under my eyes. Really helps.

As for chamois creme...i haven't tried it there. But it seems it might be a good idea. When it gets warmed up, it changes consistency to a smooth, greasy stuff.  It might just work there. I haven't tried it, but if you do, let me know!

So, this is your tip of the day. Get on Amazon. It's about $16 and ships two days if you have Prime.  Buy exactly what you see here. Don't be like me and bought some other shae butter that smelt like it came out of the bottom of a 2 week old gym bag.

Clear Skies!
