when you get a cold, the doctor tells me my illness is viral.  And there is no drug to stop it, save to treat the symptoms until it goes away.  Generally, it's a bad thing.

When you create a video series, stick it on YouTube, and await views to reach in the hundreds of thousands, you can say, "My show is viral".  And that's a good thing.

One word, two somewhat different meanings, and yet one is positive while the other is not.

i looked up the definition...A video that is passed from person to person through the internet.

 And yet, a computer virus is bad.

AS I ponder this play on double meanings in the english language, I leave with you the thought of watching my video, pass it on, and for god's sake, make it a viral...virus.http://www.youtube.com/texasinstrumentsinc
